I really like it all as it is very subtle and effortless to apply and use. It isn’t super pigmented etc but it is beautiful. I would recommend waiting for a sale though because it is all over priced of course.

Hmm, thanks for this video, Sally. I think that when I'm ready, I'll buy this palette during one of PML's promotions and give away most of my other palettes. I'll keep a basic matte & a basic/versatile neutral palette to complement. I don't need clutter, and I only want shades that really flatter my features, which means NOT every colorful shade out there, lol. If I'm going to an event with an editorial look, I'll hire a wonderful local MUA who has all the PML palettes PLUS the skillzzz to make me look fabulous, not clownish.

Congrats on your first PMG full size palette! I went crazy this past Black Friday and fell into the PMG craze and purchased 4 full size palettes! Yikes! I ended up keeping 2 and returning 2. Although the palettes are beautiful, I agree that I don’t think they are worth their full retail price, especially if you’re already a collector or have a good amount of palettes. The special shades are what stands out the most so I would probably look to purchase the quads in the future.

@@drsallymanderchoi I bought Bronze, Midnight Sun, Divine Rose I and II. I kept Bronze and Midnight Sun because I figured I would get the most use out of those with the neutral shades. Divine Rose I was too cool toned and made me look like I got punched in the eye. Lol. I really enjoyed DR II for the same reasons you like. I did use the two shades you mentioned for highlight and blush and they were beautiful but I mostly fell in love with the multichrome. So I returned the two DR palettes and just bought the Sidney Grace multichrome when it came back in stock to make up for it.

thank you for respecting my vision of beauty... it was really hard finding the confidence to just ~exist~ as a guy who doesn't like the typical full face, cut creased full glam-- it's just not for me, but i didn't think i could exist within the beauty sphere without compromising.. turns out, i can. thank you for enabling that, you're a treasure to this community. now, to the meat of this comment: do the magenta all over the lid with the gold on the inner corner. try it with and without the other mattes to frame it! so good. the bronzes all over the lid as one and dones, the magenta as blush, the rose bronze on the lower lash towards the front-- ummmmmm... oh! and sextraterrstrial popped right there too. enjoy your starter pack of lewks! #fewernicerthings #undobeautystandards (:

Did you buy is second hand then? I just made my first pat palette purchase today because of the sale. I ordered the midnight sun palette. I heard you mention Mercari recently and started checking it out. Oh man!!! It’s amazing! Have you had a hard time sanitizing makeup from that site? I was looking at some that were already “swatched” they say. But it worries me a bit.

Yes I bought it secondhand from Mercari! You can easily sanitize by spraying alcohol on the powder and letting it air dry. I am luckily fully vaccinated since I’m a healthcare worker too
