Looks delicious. My family tradition was always cornbread with our chilli. I use beef or vegetable stock with water as the liquid. Thanks for sharing.

This has been my go-to chili recipe for years and years since seeing you make it on your Food Network show. Over the years, I’ve made a few minor changes, like replacing the pork with a can of nonfat refried beans at the end to act as a thickener and using a combination of red kidney and black beans. I make your chili throughout the year, even in the summer. It’s delicious! I thought you’d forgotten the beer. Ha!
