Yes, you can, Sulbha. But decrease the water by about 2 tbsp. And bake the cake for 30 - 35 minutes approximately.

Cinthia, for microwave cakes, it's better to avoid adding eggs. That's because eggs tend to add a rubbery texture to the cake.

@@cinthiapereira3668 , you can bake this same cake batter in the oven without eggs. Just decrease the water by 2 tbsp. I suggest you first try it without eggs. But if you absolutely want to add eggs, then drop the water completely and add 2 eggs. Then adjust the consistency of the batter at the end to ribbon consistency by adding a little more milk if necessary.
