Patagonia wants those items back, even if they can’t be repaired (most items can be repaired). They will either recycle them or use them in their ReCrafted items.

There is an option to receive your jacket back, a color replacement, or funds toward a new one on the form as of today when I sent mine in. I hope to get mine repaired, but if not doable, then I hope they just send a new one. I don’t want to go through the hassle of going to find another one. The thread on the quilting is breaking and hanging, so I definitely don’t want it back. It looks crazy next to my newer vest I bought last year to make the jacket warm.

you can self repair jacket. just use Waffen patch 😝😝😝😝. I repair this way, cost 5doller
