It's actually pretty easy to beat without catapult. I managed to beat it having three Mogyoon's in my team and some pretty standard gear

...It cannot be done legit. You aquire Ton Kampon after the Despair is cleared, from Gold Hoshipon in Search for the Lucky Star while it isn't raining. It's impossible to get him early. And It's impossible to get so many Beetleton's helmets...and shit...and Gong's Scythe... bargh why am I even writing the obvious?
