no Kemmei Adachi was the musical composer Hiroyuki Kotani was the game director and Rolito was the guy who created and named the patapons

Yeah but Patapon devs are way more reliable and respected by their fanbase since ever, way different from the poor background of the Mighty no.9 devs. Though it doesn't 100% guarantee Ratatan to be good, but it's very unlikely to be a scam.

Ratatan is trash and it’s going to flop. They could’ve expanded on the Patapon universe. Patapon 2 was their chef’s kiss to the world. Ratatan will be their Call of Duty Advanced Warfare.
