Late response, but the pink lava lamp is a top 10 album of all time for me. It’s legitimately insane how Charles didn’t get more popular, even when he brushed shoulders with some of the most famous artists ever, but it seems like he’s in a good spot now, so, that’s cool.

Diggy simmons song that I heard which made me like "Wow, this guy is actually a real proper bar slaying rapper" was the Mobb Deep - Shook Ones Remix. But as far as his own songs original songs (on his own beats), I only remember Copy & Paste. But yeah, he like most new rappers at that time were essentially Drake clones as even back then, Drake was at the top of Hip-pop and a feature from him was still the catalyst for massive success.
