Patch 6.4 Island Sanctuary New Materials: How to Unlock and Easy Gather Rotations for Level 12 to 16

My last video on at-patch gather rotation suggestions seemed helpful to folks so I figured I would make one for this patch as well. These aren't the only gather rotations for the new materials but they're the ones I find easiest.
