Yeah, unfortunately only Tauren and Gnomes get mounts that scale. Maybe someday they'll apply it to all races.

What do you mean by some quest reward weapons removed in cata are back? which weapons?

Back when Cata launched and the world was revamped, lots of old quests were removed, along with their rewards. Lots of those were weapons with unique appearances that couldn't be obtained anywhere else. With the leveling revamp, lots of weapons have been added as quest rewards for low level stuff, and a lot of these weapons have appearances similar to the ones removed in Cata. Sorry for the confusion!

I killed Argus and never got silithus questline after I killed Argus what do I do

I would first try relogging. If that doesn't work, maybe you need to be in your order hall or Dalaran for it to happen. If not, then maybe you have to do the whole raid, and not just Argus. From Blizz's patch notes, it seemed like you only had to kill Argus. Let me know if you figure it out!
