i keep on getting annoying pop up every 13 mins or so called WIN 32 APP background context,,i have to stop work and delete the pop up as it takes over the whole screen.please help!

getting "user cancelled the app installation" error while deploying apps .User not cancel the installation. In logs also error code 1602 .Please suggest for this error
