If you remove the primary user, the next time a user signs in and authenticates will it reassign the primary user or does it need set?

Is there a way we can create a default update ring option for update deployment, that we can copy paste to multiple deployment packages. we have 5 update rings (similar setup to autopatch rings) but going back though our deployed apps creating each ring per app is a bit tedious and a time sink.

I have used winget install "Company Portal" because the local client stopped opening. I had to reauthenticate the device but it resolved the issue at hand.
