She's puertorican actually But I did it because 1. Everyone at the SDM are foreigners, so I can make her just about whatever I want, and it would work 2. Sakuya's temperament in media is generally shown to be very quick to anger, something very characteristic of a Latina woman, plus, chanclas and knives share similar aerodynamic profiles, so it would make sense that a Latina woman (who innately know how to throw a chancla at small children) could also throw a knife with deadly precision 😂 3.
