Bro you missed a big thing now we can input channel number from our TV remote if we connect to dish STB through IR cable and also can change the channel by using up/down button easily.

There are more changes.. using the settop box is much more easy now. I am using Tata Sky Hd and I really don't need it's remote anymore. We can enter the channel number from the remote itself, double tap up or down button to go to the next channel ; middle button to get to TV guide. Add channels to favorites for quick access. And also while pressing the switchoff button one extra option comes that is ' on/off settop box' . Note: dnt clear the memory, coz after clearing these options dnt come anymore. and internet is required. kindly check @techsingh ji

Thank you. Appreciate your feedback. I took 2 extended warranty for ₹1800 or ₹1900. Don’t remember exact amount. I think its worth it. Its best to safeguard the tv for 3 yrs. you can buy it while buying the tv or even when the technician comes for installation.

That’s because you updated it from aptiode tv. That doesnt work that well. Delete the app and wait for sometime and mi tv will automatically download the mi tv version in ur apps
