An he deserves his money back but more than likely won’t get it back. They way child support is set up it’s really unfair. I think dna test should be mandatory when a child is born. It ruins a lot of men’s lives. Some never get papers saying they need to take a paternity test due to address changes and not being home. They get labeled as the father. If a woman knows she slept with more than 1 man and the man is proven not to be the dad the woman should go to jail or have some kind of repercussion. I also think it shouldn’t be a statue of limitations on proving your not the father. In Texas if a man is on the birth certificate 4 years or more legally he’s the dad no matter what dna says.

No doubt if she had the money she would but its a lot of money in CS accumulated over time, and its a stretch to think she will be able to repay him. This is why the judge said there is no guarantee he will get the money back. Judge probably said that to get the mother off the hook as she is stating on film infront of a judge that she will pay him back and the man could potentially get a judgment against her based on that. With the "disclaimer" said by the Judge, the lady is off the hook for repayment. Guy seems like a decent man so he stands a good chance of letting it go seeing how it would be a financial burden on the child.
