Күн бұрын

The plaintiff paid to rent the defendant's cosmetology license so she could open a beauty bar. The defendant was supposed to register her business, but she didn't, so the plaintiff is suing for a refund. The defendant claims she was offered a manager position at the plaintiff's shop, but it never happened because the plaintiff didn't have her business properly registered. The defendant is countersuing for lost wages

@BillMoman
@BillMoman 3 ай бұрын
@@4dyamondx745 In the context of your previous message, “This case should have been thrown out before it was heard by a judge,” the sentence is correct. It uses the modal verb “should” combined with “have been thrown out,” which is the perfect infinitive form. This structure indicates that there is a past situation (the case being heard by a judge) that did not happen, but you believe it would have been better if it had happened. If you meant to express a situation that actually occurred in the past, you would use “had,” as in “This case had been thrown out before it was heard by a judge,” which indicates that the case was indeed dismissed before the hearing.

Someone needs to make a phone call to the State is license was issued and report it. I have my Cosmetology License in Oregon, and I'm also insured. Both defendant and plaintiff are scandalous . Imagine the plaintiff used chemicals on your hair, you were injured only to then find out they aren't licensed or insured. The person injured would have no recourse. They are BOTH PATHETIC. Lastly, the Cosmetology license follows the stylist who was issued. You can't put up a license and that gives anyone working carte blanche to preform services. When the judge sends over the court transcripts and the Licensing Board sends her a letter, as well as her employer; that she NO LONGER IS LICENSED, REALITY WILL SET IN. She will also be fined. Furthermore the plaintiff could loose her license as well for fraudulently working using someone else's license. Remember these faces and don't let them anywhere near your head.

It could be. They reuse the same people in cases/possibly actors/dramatized cases etc. Now that it's dawning on me, Defendant was definitely a Plaintiff in a webcam/pandemic case so yeah. At least I'm hoping this is a fake/exaggerated case idk lol.

😮It's not like a shop has one person with a license and everyone that works there can do all the things a cosmetologist is allowed to do. And in almost every state it takes 18 months to 2 years to get a cosmetology license. So, no way did the Plaintiff just go out and "get one". The text messages said she had another girl with a license she could use. And, I think that's what she did.

HOW STUPID CAN YOU BE TO BRING THIS TO COURT! Entering into an illegal contract can make it void and unenforceable by courts. A contract is considered illegal if it violates a federal or state law, public policy, or societal norms. For example, a contract to commit a crime, employ minors in hazardous jobs, or involve slavery are all illegal and void
