@@shannondbrown1552 Not a 100% sure if I am right on this but, from my knowledge Lauren Lake is a lawyer that presides over what is called a small claims court that is driven and paid by the company distributing paternity court, so there is no taxpayer money wasted here if I have understood it correctly, instead it's at most the television company who wasted money but I am pretty sure they made a bit of money of this episode so probably not.

They have a fund set up n if you win your case they pay you from that money just like a judge judy, peoples court etc. The point I was making was when someone knowingly lies n leads all the people involved on, put them in contempt or fine them for wasting time n resources that could've went to other people. I'm a single parent with a degree and a great paying job and my child's father died when she was 6 yrs old went to a private Christian school and graduated Salutatorian of her class. She also went to college, graduated on time and received a Bachelor's Degree and held a 3.95 GPA and is now working on her Masters Degree and she is only 23yrs old. As a single parent it can be hard but with the right resources and a good support system it's not impossible to raise healthy and happy children. She did say he was good to her and look after her, then she switch up and said he makes her miserable.. What do you get from that?

She didn't make him sign anything. He said himself that he didn't sign his other children's birth certificates. He signed their's, so he would have control.
