I can relate to the first case. I had a monster in law too! My husband of 42 years disowned his family because his egg donor wanted him to Marry someone he didn’t love! It all worked out in the end and our children wanted nothing to do with her. She finally died early this year at 93 yrs old. Not every grandparent is in a financial situation to babysit their grandchildren for free, as much as they would like too. Food, formula, diapers etc cost money. I use to do a lot helping out with my grandchild when my daughter was gravely ill. I was fortunate to work for a company who gave me time off each day to run my grandchild to daycare, then home again. Unpaid time off work, petrol costs, food parcels etc etc add up. I’m just grateful l live in a country where we get free medical treatment, and children get free daycare.

First two cases; Judge Lake was OVER it when she asked for the DNA results, lol. The grandmother in the first case is a hot mess. She's lucky the mother is willing to allow her in her grandchild's life. It speaks volumes that her son didn't want her at the wedding. Case #2 - the wife was trying to do right and when she found of the paternity results, she actually looked at the mistress like she felt bad for her. She definitely can do better than that man she married.
