Spot on! It's the antithesis of what ARPGs have been the past 15 years, in that it requires you to be constantly engaged. Imagine playing a game that demands your attention and doesn't let you just spam one skill while mindlessly flying through maps. Every encounter is dangerous, the game doesn't hold your hand, and you're expected to play intelligently. You also don't spend half the time in menus wading through piles of garbage loot and it's made crafting a main focus instead of some tertiary afterthought, while still keeping drops equally important. There's just so much good to say about the game. Many of the fair criticisms have been addressed in server side changes and others coming in a client side patch later this week.
