An interesting thing with tempest rising. You could have a mana forged arrows with ice shot to chill enemies and then you could drop all the other uniques aside from those boots.

working on a call of the void version with the new boots rn but with mace's. the mace mastery allows you to instantly enable the boots for 1 passive point. depending on what i wanna do with the character i may even go earthquake of amplification for free dot cap dps and go all in on tankyness for some t17/uebers or maybe even valdo level of tankyness

these boots are insane for poison builds, if you have no life on your gear and use the body with like 1k life if no other items has Life. free ailment duration, Movement speed, armour AND deal damage faster

Once again i warn about pob bleed calculations. You're not bleed dot capped in 80% of the times since you have so huge spread of min and max damage. You need to fish for that roll and you can't fish with 7 stage snipes. When you see a dot cap on snipe you shouldn't stop investing in damage.

Do you even need dot cap? At a point where you at least reach dot cap in your build you're better of with survivability no? My personal experience, some ghosted rares / bosses dont give you time to charge 3-4 stages even and clap you. Cant do dam in you ded

Try to fish with snipe on a maven possessed Piety the Empyrean with ms 😂😂 i think i have rerolled my build right there 😂

@Toralian89 Once the PoB shows you that you have 40M on puncture, you can stop investing in damage. Even if you don't charge to 7 charges, you can hit for 10 or 20M and that's insane. The only time you need bleeding dot capped was against Affliction monsters, period

This is true to a certain degree. Yes, it has a high dmg roll and yes, you can roll a shit puncture. But you can also roll a godlike puncture that goes way over dot cap. Question is, where do you need dot cap besides Ubers which you are not dot capped. You wouldn't even feel the difference between a 25m bleed and 30m bleed against the usual content.

Wait.... So I could actually go EQ Bleed with those boots? Go with Mace instead of Axe and get the chill on hit mastery??? Or just get venopuncture and go with axes! Spell Supression or 4thVow+Echoes of Creation On softcore I would definilty go with 4th Vow and have fun with warcries + echoes

With venopuncture you cannot chill if you use brutality support, the easiest way is to get a megalomaniac with 2 good passives for bleed + the one that gives "nearby enemies are chilled"

@@quackyoutoo Then just don't take Brutality until then. If you go Champ you have free fortify which means you can run Deadly Ailments. That or just switch to Cruelty/Ruthless/chance to bleed. You have many options. Also you only really need count as moving for bosses or really tough rares. General mapping you don't need that almost at all

@@quackyoutoo You actually do if you hit with something with Manaforged Arrows (I still use Ensnaring and Frenzy, even with the boots, because of the utility). You can swap Ensnaring for Rain of Arrows or Storm Rain to proc chill and use a Life gain on Hit to help with survivability.

He made a 200div build since day 2 of the league, with the 115520 Elegant Hubris (PERFECT jewel for the build), how TF is that possible without RMT? Pretty sure he did RMT in off-stream time.

Easy, you can buy most of the stuff really cheap on day 1 or 2. Don't look the prices now, just see the prices on the first and second day. The fortitude jewels are now available for 30divs. He bought the two of them, on stream, for 6 divs...

I bought this PERFECT JEWEL FOR THE BUILD for 1 Divine. And it' snot 200d, its about 150-200d in 5 days - With a +1 Max Power Charge Ring from Ritual (70d) + Divine League Mechanic + Hinekoras Locket on day 1. And 4 Nameless Seer at day 1 aswell... Luckily, ALL my VOD's are public, have fun watching about 10-13 Hours every day to figure out every drop. :)
