William Lopez mainly because the cascading/no internal CD stuff like these builds puts a lot of stress on servers/vid cards. If it were a single player game GGG could smile and move on. But it's their job to try and minimize stuff like this for the sake of their players and stomping out desync (which made PoE unplayable for the first few years btw)

I been making these sorts of builds for 6 of the 8 years ive been playing, im pretty sure its the long time players who made them realize they needed to fix stuff. Was crashing the California/Washington server multiple times daily early on. and I KNOW I couldn't be the only one pushing the game's limits.

So I've been playing this build in 3.11 slightly modified and its amazing, though if you're doing a map and standing still for too long on one spot causes yellow effects to stack ontop of each other bringing down the total FPS and increasing the latency/frametime of everyone who is near and basically making it unplayable. 10/10 would recommend if you wanna make your friends lives miserable and possibly melt their pc.

Would it be good to use a rare quiver with (Bow attacks fire an additional arrow) until I get the voidfletcher? any other good cheaper option for quiver that fits the build?

Build works fine with just any quiver. Voidfletcher is just nice to have. Good stats on the quiver are crit chance, life, and crit multi. Additional arrow is good, but not at the cost of those things.

I am running this and had the idea to mess with jewel clusters, is spell damage the thing that I want? Right now I have 10% spell damage passives with Burden Projection, Conjured Wall, Sap Psyche, and a Jewel Socket. 75% more spell damage from the notables as well as chance to knock back, block, and some random mana and energy shield regen! With the open jewel slot I currently just threw in another rolling fire with global crit chance but I am not sure if this is the optimal type of cluster to go for, any more skilled advice is appreciated
