he has no def, so it means about the same as any other operator - although it may help him not be a healing sponge

And let's not forget his 30% damag reduction that pretty big since he have 0 defense by default otherwise.

@@veonoev No defense is the price crushers pay for having ungodly attack and massive HP. Except that massive HP also means the *percentage heal* is massive. At full HP after killing 9 mobs, dude is _per heal_ outpacing a lot of fully leveled medics without skill. Without the 30% DMG reduction. Tell me how many operators can actually tank 2 blows of Phase 1 Patriot, even with 2 medics strapped to them? How many have Ulpianus' firepower? Literal cheese in the brains.

11k HP passively (With Spalter and Skadi in squad with modules) with 100 HP recovery EVERY TIME he gets damaged (even DOTs) is already hard to kill With Gladiia his HPS on S3 (He has 18k HP with it) skyrockets above Maxed Ptilopsis S2 (With S2 Ulpian stays only a bit below that level of healing). Ptilopsis already heals damn a lot and he's just doing just because. He's literally a giant unkillable mountain of meat. Not to mention DR he gets from Gladiia as well as SP regen from Spalter and ATK with ASPD boosts from Skadi and Andreana.
