First of all Krawl I want to take a minute to thank you for being one of those PoT players that tries to keep a good community in PoT. Secondly, you’re only human and being angry over something like that is totally fair, I feel like everyone who plays official on PoT understands completely. I love your content and I love your passion for making these vids for us! LASTLY, the Kill herbivore quest doesn’t accept anything under adolescent so that amarg might have not been old enough. As for allos and alios it might not register that you get the “killing blow” because of bleed. I think that happens sometimes.

I love watching them and you're an inspiring person. Thank you for the segment on bullies and I'm sorry your friend is no longer with us. High school really wrecks us and to have bullies while trying to survive is no easy feat. I was bullied all four years and almost unalived myself several times, if it wasn't for my best friend. Man, that pycno/pachy fight totally happened to me the other night. Me and a buddy were running pycnos and I had the hunt herbivore quest, and we ran up on a lone pachy in a rocky field. My friend didn’t really get involved beyond eyes and ears, kinda keeping an eye on him if I got hung up on a rock or branch or something. I chased that thing around for a couple of minutes and got it down to a sliver of health when it somehow juked us both so hard I’m still baffled where it went off to. It ran up a hill and around a boulder with me hot on its tail. I got hung up slightly on a rocky protrusion and he slipped around the backside of the boulder to the right and got out of my sight for all of 2-3 seconds, but I wasn’t worried because my buddy was circling around the other side of the boulder so I figured he’d keep him in sight and point me in the right direction. However, as I rounded the boulder following the pachy, the only thing I see is my buddy’s pycno standing there and no sign of the pachy. We searched all the nearby bushes, looked over the ridge of the hill we were chasing him up, everywhere. Maybe he jumped up on the rock and doubled back on me when I came around the corner or something, but we never even heard him run off or anything. Gave him a big ole GG in chat for that one and my buddy and I are still laughing about the whole thing days later. Pachy’s can be elusive little buggers if you’re not particularly nimble.

I am so glad you brought up some of the bullying in this game, it's honestly quite the prevalent feature of Global chat and it always makes me a little sad seeing someone on the receiving end of it. Bullying is just something that will never disappear from the world as long as there are people with insecurities and issues. I honestly feel like the majority of online bullies are victims in the real world who take their pent-up anger out on others. The biggest problem I face when dealing with people like this is realizing that they might be having huge problems in their life, so if you knock them down a peg by winning a fight or argument, that will only make things worse. They will come back later with more anger than before. I honestly don't know exactly how to help bullies, but I at least know how to help their victims before the victims become bullies too. Going past your message at the beginning of the video, I have to say this may be your best Juvi to Adult video yet! Not only is it plenty long, but the encounters are all fun to watch (even if some are slightly frustrating). Thanks so much for making this awesome video, and I'm looking forward to the next one! (don't overwork yourself though, take as much time as you need to make these great PoT videos! seriously, way too many youtubers get burned out by going for both quality and quantity)

Thanks for the nice comment and, yes i have to agree that in some cases bullies became this way because they have suffered similar experiences but everyone has a choice and if they know what it feels like to be bullied then they should know first hand how wrong it is to inflict it on people with insecurities. I got bullied too as a kid but instead of becoming a bully myself, i just learned to fight back and stand up for myself and then i started standing up for others too. If someone chooses to cope with being bullied by becoming a bully themselves, i really can't relate to that and i really can't feel sympathy for them. I personally will continue to stand up against bullies, no matter their motives but that being said, if they're willing to admit they need help, then it's a different story. I did give that guy a chance by not sharing his in-game name nor twitch channel so he is getting a chance to change there 🙂 If i do see him bullying someone again though, i won't hesitate to expose him.

My biggest problem growing my allo was the pachy. I got killed by them more than other creature. I saw or heard a pachy I would immediately hide. I have a personal vendetta against them. Once my allo hits adult, it's on sight w every pachy

Yeah they're really annoying. If one day i ever decide to host my own server, there will only be one rule on my server:" Herbis and Carnis can't group and can't quest together. There is no way to stop a herbi from helping a Carni during a fight, people will always just pick a side when they join a fight but they won't be allowed to group quest. And i would really like for the devs to make it an actual mechanic in the game where, carnis and herbis aren't able to send each other group invites.

Thanks so much for the nice comment but i have to confess something lol. I never thought it was possible to make videos this long which would attract attention. For the longest time i thought long videos were dead so i would always try to keep mine under an hour long. With these PoT videos people are devouring them, no matter how long they are and they're asking for more lol. I'm still struggling to kind of wrap my head around it but i keep testing the limits of this new reality and everytime i go longer people are happier haha ! I must be one of the very few youtubers who can make videos this long and have it be a GOOD thing. Most other youtubers will advise to do videos which are under 20 minutes long. Don't get me wrong though, i'm very happy that you guys love the longer videos because this way i don't have to worry about cutting out any of the good stuff for the sake of shortening the video but i'm just surprised and still amazed that i have figured out a recipe that works this good hehe !

Your kill herbivore quest likely didn't count because the Amarg died to bleed, not a physical attack from you. Also I do agree that the mixpacking is a bit scuffed I think you've gotta be more aware of your surroundings and pick your fights better too. When you pull up to a location and there's already heaps of people there, chances are if the newcomer starts a fight everyone else will instinctively gang up on them, as everything was ok until that one player came along. The Anos, raptor and Spino probably weren't all in one group but they had been chill with eachother before you came along. Secondly, you've gotta pay attention to where you're going as you're fighting and pick when to fight and when to run. The second you saw the raptors jump you, you should've ducked away from the Anos to assess who's fighting who. When the raptors continued to chase you across that river you shouldn't have turned around to fight them at all, because while you're wasting what little stam you have running in circles you don't know if those Anos are catching up to you or not. In this case they were, and did, and clapped some Allo cheeks because of it lol. You could've had enough stam to completely lose the Anos otherwise and make the raptors have to fight on their own, which may have completely scared them off anyway. Of course if you don't really care whether or not you survive none of this matters, but I imagine when you're trying to grow and also getting pretty frustrated it's beneficial to play smart.

Completely agree on the bully front man in middle to early highschool I was very quiet and reserved and lanky so a prime target for bullying thankfully mostly verbally and during the later years in middle to high school I got into football and working out and opened up more. From then on bullies backed off I'm 6'3 and then a mean 230 lbs of muscle and so I'd interject myself into people trying to bully others as that's just no way to conduct yourself. I was openly nerdy playing Yu-Gi-Oh at school with my friends and talking about anime and junk. There's no reason to be so cruel to others simply because of their differences from you. And like you I had 0 tolerance for it in my presence. So keep on spreading the good word man.

I am with you @Krawll Unchained, I don't tolerate bullying either... I been bullied most of my life, I am still here because in the most worst part of my life my online bf of 9+ years contacted me before we ever became bf and gf... I am grateful he showed up in my life at my darkest hour and now I don't tolerate bullying I will even stick up for the people I have made friends if they get verbally attacked for no reason. Sorry you had to go through this but i'm happy to hear everything turned out OK for you. In most cases everything will turn out ok for victims of bullying, it's really a matter of surviving the teenage years and hanging in there. Once an adult things usually improve.

I guess that's possible but that was the second time that i killed an Amarg and didn't get the quest. The first time was with my Alio. Plus the patch notes from the latest update mention they implemented a fix for the Kil Herbivore quest where some species of herbivores didn't reward completion of the quest . :)

Bro u should definitely make a death counter for all of ur dinos. It will be fun and it will actually motivate people to watch ur other videos. Something like "allo: 8 times killed, 4 times killer", i don't know xd, English is not my language so I don't know how to express myself correctly. Anyways, that will be an easy thing to do on ur nexts videos. I think allo and sarco has the most deaths (killed by other dinos). Hope this help! Thanks man ! Means a lot to me ! By the way your english is pretty good, you are easy to understand . Fun fact, english is also my second language but i've been speaking it since i was a teenager so my english is almost as good as my french hehe 😉 I will consider the death count on my videos but my only concern with this is that the number might not be 100% accurate if i choose not to include a certain encounter in the video. For example, in this Allo video, i excluded a kill where i killed a Compy by accident when he came to attack me and died from me stepping on it lol. Then at the end i showed part of the fight Against the Sucho but i didn't show him killing me, which he did because he never stopped chasing until he killed me. We both rested several times then kept chasing, then rested, chased, rest, chase, rest, chase until he finally caught up and finished me. So that counter would not be accurate to reality.

hi krawll! as an allo player, i highly suggest using your bite more than your claw. claw does bleed but less base damage than bite and has a 2 sec cool down rather than a 1 sec cd. use the claw when you know itll hit and only on creatures that you can run down to cause more bleed damage ! claw also takes stam as you may have noticed, be very conservative with ur claw attacks. great video :]

I am glad that you tried and play my favorite dino. I love your videos and again great job with Juvi / Adult series. I would like to mention few things: -After Gondwa release there are a lot of bug fixes and changes and Dev finally fix the issue that Allo share same CD of the bite and claws. Right now they have separately CD and I recomend to try few pvp battles and you will have new combat experience for sure. -One cool tip, I notice that you didn't know if the sarco is adult or not. If you have trophy option under eat botton, it means that it is adult. You can take trophy only from adults. -About unfair fight with mixed pack, only to mention do not underestimate raptors, because they are 500 hp and just compare it with your alio which is 400 hp. Also they have a call that increase the damage similar to Tyrant Roar and it stacks 10 times, so they can make big damage if they are 4-5 together. I would like to share Stats with all dinos,so people know what are they agains. Just do not underestimate the size of the small demons, because they have same speed as Allo, but have 450 stamina which is triple compare to Allo stamina which is 150 by default. PT manages a spreadsheet with all of the stats. Also pachis are basically reptile mountain goats and mountain goats can hop up sheer cliffs when in danger. Now as far as balance wise it may need looked at but definitely a unique part of pachi that I enjoy. That and they can run for forever. Think I timed it at 12 mins full sprint before gassing out.

@@KrawllUnchained Yeah was in vc with my gf while doing it and it just kept going and going. Now of course in an actual chase you'd used up some fighting or hopping off things but with a base speed of 1050 I'm pretty sure mines a speed build because dmg pachis are so ugly should beat out a balanced allo equivalent and even vs speed ones with the amazing stamina and the ability to hop off cliffs and such I can outrun them too and if they get too close they are going over them XD.

Yeah that's what i thought too but a lot of people keep asking me to make longer ones lol. Many people have already commented how happy they were that this one was almost two hours. But i agree with you and i'm gonna do my best to keep them closer to 1:15 hours max, it's just hard sometimes because some encounters can be pretty long so when i have many of them which are long, it adds up really quickly.

It's very difficult for me to choose one dino because i enjoy many of them and then there were those i really really liked which then changed after certain updates and i liked them less after that. I think if i absolutely have to choose one it might be Daspletosaurus. I also like the Styracosaurus very much.

Yeah, I knew it was kind of a loaded question. Cerra used to be my ideal dino, then nightstalker. Now I have a few favorites as well. And it depends on what map I'm on as to what dino is my preferred style. Generally Stego is my main herbivore, but I'm also giving the Amarg a lot of love recently (your video made a believer out of me) however I find it hard to find a favorite carnivore outside of my Spino on gondwa. He's kind of my "solo sea-hermit" my ocean sage. For some reason that spino really helps me chill

It wasn't rage but i pride myself in being able to remain calm and composed and being able to laugh even after i die but after that fight i was genuinely annoyed. That was the first time i got chased and killed by a mega mix pack , i had not experienced that before but since then, i've experienced this a lot more and i'm getting used to this being a thing in the game. I'm getting better at predicting when this will happen and when i fail, i'm a bit less annoyed than before.

Love the video! Allo is my favorite Dino! As always good content, and loved being alone for the ride! As you said yourself, definitely use your bite more often, sometimes allo bite can be a little tricky to use if you don't aim your mouth properly... Something interesting I noticed was a lot of the times when you would try to bite, even if your target was right there, it would miss. With allo, and maybe even other dinos, sometimes if you're not lined up properly bites can miss. A lot of the time you weren't using your bite enough as you said, and sometimes it would miss quite often. So just a happy and friendly tip ☺️ and don't worry about losing your cool... Happens to everybody, nobody is invincible, I honestly struggle with it quite often... Doing my best to change it..🤣. So don't worry too much about it. When you (anyone)do/does get frustrated it's definitely hard to resist venting no thanks to the adrenaline rush 🤣... So don't worry too much about it... you'll be fine 😉 Well done! It does kind of suck that you were tricked into that trap thinking somebody wanted a honest picture lol. But I'm sure they all just wanted to have some fun and mess around with you lol.

Let’s go. Been checking it almost daily sense the trailer for this vid. Can already tell it’s gonna be good by how long the video is, long it took and I enjoy the allo and watching gameplay of it. What are you playing on more the new map or panjura? Edit: Nice of you to speak out on bullying and the kid who khs. Some people feel like they can’t reach out to anyone or express themselves/ tell people how they feel. Maybe think no one can relate or help. If you need help reach out to family, get a therapist who isn’t bad or judgey.

@@KrawllUnchained I haven’t played spino on the new map yet. I’ve been playing allo with my friend and hunting near the crater. I’m pretty sure it’s a hotspot. I’ve also been playing sarco, sucho and duck but with the sarco I don’t know the best place to go to for killing people near water. Sucho , duck and allo i think are amazing depending on how you wanna play. I personally don’t enjoy the Apexs as much because of how slow it is and how long it takes to travel. Even though I’m pretty sure duck is an apex , correct me if I’m wrong. I finished the vid a little bit earlier and great job and hard work on the vid. What’s the next Dino gonna be?

@@KrawllUnchained I just checked and I had voted duck. Still fine with spino cause I like semi aquatics. I wish they would give spino 2 bite slots so you wouldn’t have to pick between charged up bite and normal bite.

@@blakeboi6528 Yeah i guess they want to limit the dino's potential and they want to maintain some differences between the builds so it doesn't feel like every specimen is the same. This also creates some uncertainty when encountering another player which i find to be pretty interesting 🙂

This is why I prefer The Isle over PoT. The damage makes no sense. All those raptors should have backed off from one tail hit, considering ur size u shud be able to 3 hit them to death with tail (if this was in the isle and if the isle had tail attacks for all dinosaurs) but in PoT it takes SO many tail hits for one large dinosaur to kill one tiny dinosaur. Weight difference should also come into play here with heavier dinos doing more damage to lighter dinos.

It's true, i can't deny that many things in PoT don't make any sense. I don't think the devs care much for realism but this game still has it's charms and right now it's making my channel blow to a point i never thought possible so for me, this serves as a major incentive to keep playing the game lol.

Saw a person the other day on POT that basicly wrote same stuff to someone, but worse. He just randomly jumped somebody in chat for their name and tried convincing people he was just attacking a racist person when people started asking what's going on, and make people just jump on attacking the person that did nothing, while I actually saw himself was the one downplaying on where people came from earlier in chat. I can't prove anything but I can gurantee this person they jumped didn't do anything racist nor was named something even near racist to get jumped, and nither seen the person before. The bully couldn't let go at all and continued for what felt like forever, even when it died out for a long while he just came back in chat to shit talk a person he didn't even fight in the game. He (and two others of his friends) even said to the person to go *** himself and nobody gonna miss him and said all the time he was 10 years old and should go to bed and so on. Was disgusting to see. People like him are the loudest and people actually defending the real victims are way too rare. He got too busy tho after a while, because people where attacking him and his friends (not meaning chat) constantly after that. Guess some figured out the problem after a while as the victim stopped responding a long time ago. No one even know how old this person could be that they jumped on and the bully himself said he was 24. What if it actually was a kid they bullied.

Yeah, some people truly are Toxic to the highest extent of the word and no amount of reasoning with them will ever change them. Plus if he was 24 and still that immature, he really is a lost cause. Most 24 year old's have matured a bit and to the very least no longer bully people at that age but i guess there wil always be the ones who will surprise us and not in a good way. All the rest of us can do is stand up to them to get them off their victim's backs.

Yeah i finished recording this like 2 days before the Gondwa update released and all those changes were made lol. Just bad timing on my part hahaha! But then, i have to tell myself that i learned how to play the Allo in Hardcore mode😁, now the Allo has had a small buff and the Pachy's and Pycno's charges have been fixed, when i go back on my Allo, i'm gonna do some carnage hehe !

haven't watch the full video yet & i got 2 things to say... 1. being responding to that comment about killing babys... is a survival game, if you are hungry you do anything you can to SURVIVE. If you hunger bar is full & is pointless to kill a baby then dont kill it because what are you gonna get with that? 2. the second things is.. if you dont wanna deal with mix packing join a WWD (Walking With Dinosaurs) Realism server bro, i highly recommend it. You need to act the way the dino you choose acted in real life so if you have an ambush dino you literally need to ambush to kill & i think with you kill somebody they cant attacked you because that dino you just killed is like a safe zone... watching this video that would've help you a LOT!

Do as many quests as you can while also being careful and trying to avoid hot spots. The red quests are personal quests, the green quests are group quests so you only get those in a group and then the blue quests are exploration quests and i only ever do those when the zone it wants me to go to is on the way of where i'm going. The exploration quests can also be a good way to explore the map when you're new!

Hey Krawll! I need some advice. So, I haven’t been playing PoT as much but I need some advice on what to grow! Should I grow Alio, Dasp, or finish growing my Iggy? My Dasp is super far from Talons Point, my Alio has no growth or buff and is near SLL, and my iggy is adolescent but I kinda wanna wait for it to be buffed. Anyway, I’m gonna watch the video!

It all depends on your personal preference, all the dinos you mentioned have their own pro's and con's and all have their challenges that come with them. No matter what you choose to play, you'll have to be careful and listen for footsteps and since you're a new player, i would stay away from hotspots.

I hate it when pvp games always just devolve into meta exploits and mega groups. It no longer feels fun when 10+ people come with specific builds specifically to counter what you are playing. I believe gondwa update unlinked the bleed and bite. Also very best way to hit the smaller dinosaur is to crouch. You hit over them a lot.

we all loose our cool, it happens i've lost my cool playing this game and i remember the incident as clear as day. was playing my rex he was i think early sub got him to the 2nd bar took a while, was at hunter's thicket chilling with a bunch of juvis and a sucho that showed up, eventually 2 megs arrived up, & 1 of them mistook me killing a lizard that came from a burrow for a juvi meg, they killed me, i was fine with that it wasn't until 1 of them got on their fake self righteous high horse that set me off, i not so nicely informed them that it was a burrow thing, they apologized, i was still very livid that they took all my work from that day up to that point away. do i forgive them, no they should of minded their own business.

I'm using a professional software, it's called Adobe Premiere Pro ! It's pretty expensive too but i think they have special prices for students if you're a student. I don't recommend spending that much money on a software though, i think there are some free programs out there to edit.

Man, screw that other Allo baiting you like that! Players like them are the main reason why I appreciate how big the maps in PoT are (due to how they make it easier to avoid people), and why I stay far away from games like the isle. Toxic players make survival games more annoying than exciting -_-. Also, I completely understand your justified frustration with the mix packers! Obviously not all of them are bad; some groups are just made up by friends who just wanna hang out and coexist as different species together. However, in most cases, mixpackers will abuse the unfair advantages they gain in combat to exercise power over players who would have a much harder time defending themselves, which is icky to me. I especially found it creepy how the mixpackers just kept stalking you even though you were clearly trying to get away and not engage in conflict. It doesn't matter how you performed during the fight; those people put you in an unfair situation and must have pretty sad lives if they got pleasure from slowly killing you like that. Mixpackers are banned on community servers for a reason after all. It's pretty telling how a person's malicious intent can be brought out in these games, and I will never trust another person in this game, no matter how friendly they come off. It ain't worth becoming someone else's punching bag. That being said, I still love this game because of its immersive aspects and strong attention to detail, and I love seeing how much you clearly enjoy this game as well! From my experience, it's pretty rare to see players of animal survival games be genuinely excited about updates, and to just enjoy playing the game overall! Most of the time, the playerbase just whines and complains about the game constantly and go out of their way to invalidate the dev's hard work, but I haven't seen that as often in the PoT community. I really enjoyed this video and hope you have a nice day!
