Joe Ehrmann is a former defensive lineman for the Baltimore Colts and the Detroit Lions. He was named to Syracuse University's All-Century Football Team and played lacrosse for legendary coach, Roy Simmons Jr. After the NFL, Joe pursued a career in service leadership, urban ministry, and coaching, and he coached football at Gilman School for twelve years alongside Biff Poggi.
Coach Ehrmann has received widespread recognition for his messages on masculinity and transformational coaching. He is currently the President of a national movement called InsideOut Initiative, an evidence-based approach to mentoring and developing student-athletes. //
