Varang is going to be one terrifying adversary for both Jake and Quaritch, but I hope she's a complex character that cares for the well-being of the Ash People as well but she's more direct and brutal in terms of the methods she took to keep her people alive.

The stills of the wind traders and Varangs mount are my favorite, the ladder one makes me wonder if that creature is the „anti toruk“ to Jakes leonopteryx, since only Varang rides it and no other Na‘vi

Didn’t realize the background is from the cove of ancestors from Avatar 2. Nice catch man. Also, when I tried typing in Varang’s name, it would auto correct to Varangian. The Varangians were Viking conquers, traders, and settlers of modern day Sweden. I wonder if there is any correlation between this group of our history and Varang’s unapologetic leadership.

The next clan I'd like to see is a tribe of Na'vi that live in the swamps of Pandora similar to Shrek but with a little bit of a horror element twist to it with Swamp Thing 2019 and inspired by the American Alligator.

i havent been able to watch the entire video yet but the art of the ash people I just noticed something crazy. Quaritch... the first ikran on the right looks exactly like Quaiches' and its the only one with a unique color one of the best details i noticed. he looks to be were the paint of the clan too thanks for another great updated.

I'm strongly suspecting that on the right side of Varang, that's Quaritch and his ikran. 😱 The colors fit, and the harness looks very human if you know what I mean.

I’m predicting Na’vi Quaritch will go through a redemption arc throughout the sequels, similar to another character from a similarly named franchise.

I'd claim that Quaritch and Wainfleet will fight with Ash People by order of RDA. Quaritch will continue his redemption arc, in part because of Spider, and the Varang reasons will be interesting to explore, including her relation with RDA, if it's an alliance or something different. We will see, but the hype is real!
