I absolutely love watching you paint. The canvas goes from a blank slate to a magical scene in such a short time. I just signed up for your workshop in Sarasota and can't wait to paint with you! I would love to see a scene on a beach with kids building a sand castle; Northern Michigan lake scenes with evergreen trees; and a country side scene with a big red barn!

I'd love to see how you loaded your brush when you mixed the shadow colors, Jane. That was out of camera range; I think it would really help me to see how you do that to get the same effect when I try to paint similarly. Thanks for these videos. I want you to be able to take it to completion so you can make the painting your own. Usually my finished painting is featured in the opening and closing of the video. Some people take a screen shot of it for a reference as they paint.

How do your KZbin videos different from your online classes? It is difficult to follow along and paint at the same time when I can't see the original picture you are looking at.

When you order a class, you also receive a MP4 that you can watch at your own pace, stopping and rewinding as needed. You will also get a downloadable reference and a supply list. On my KZbin videos, I usually have a photo of the final painting shown at the beginning and/or ending of the tutorial that you can use as reference for your painting. Some people take a screenshot and use that.

Painting I'd love to see in 2025 (my particular interests varied as they are) ... Anything Beach and Ocean related, the fish, birds, plants, reptiles, and other animals that live in or around the sea that depend on it in one way or another, mostly tropical but also any other environments around water. Other than that, I love old barns, merry go rounds, ponds and their wildlife, colorful taco or food trucks, as well as rocks and mud puddles with reflections 🙂 LOL whatever you choose to paint I am likely to find something of interest. What I don't have much interest in are most portraits, traditional still Lifes and total abstracts with only a few rare exceptions. Thank you for your videos! PS would love to see someone take an old ugly battle scared Walrus and make a nice painting of it. I have failed at that so far.

Been a long time between your paintings, I would enjoy viewing more of your loose style. The volume on the vlog is rather low, I struggle to hear Jane, and then the commercial hurts my head. Enjoyed the painting, thanks for sharing.
