This is Colorado in her final form. The incrementally refitted two ships (Colorado and Maryland) as they were, more or less, in '45. Neither saw extensive rebuilds like their sister, West Virginia. Also, the guns on this ship are 16"/45s, but they are not the same guns in the SoDaks or the soon-to-be-coming North Carolina. They do not shoot the super heavy AP shell. They use the older 2250lbs. shell and consequently have a higher muzzle velocity. Something to keep in mind.

I love this series, because I am somewhat new and need a better understanding on how do proper Load out for certain ships. Edit: I mostly would like to see American Japanese and German paths. I haven’t even touched any other countries besides those three

You should try the British light cruiser line. Although you only have AP, it’s very good AP that usually won’t overpen a destroyer and can always get good shots without being frustrated because you have HE loaded. Also good torps

I loved the New Mexico and found the Colorado really disappointing at first. I hated the low range and when I got it the Jean Bart had just released and I was just a big ol' floating citadel waiting to be wiped from the map. But over time I adapted and learned to appreciate her as the fine ship she actually is. Also, I've liked with both my YT accounts and shared in several discord servers! I'm doing my bit, Adm. Spartan sir!

Colorado and North Carolina both take some getting used to. You can't hang out bow in with these ships, you have to angle the belt and protect your nose as most tier 6 ships have soft bows. I found this out the hard way trying to bow tank an Iowa.

I'm struggling with colorado alot because my team just simply leaves me alone with those pro players that use T7 ships (according to them,T7 is more fun than LT),and when I pay attention to where the teammates close to me are going,my ship cant reach them because of this goofy 18kn speed.

Keep these videos coming please! I am always looking for tips on how to play ships to their strengths because learning about their weaknesses the hard way is a ton of frustration. I dislike some ships just because I can't figure out how to play them optimally (I'm talking about you, Aoba!!)

I love the American BBs, such powerful and reliable ships. I would love to see a video showing ships in groups based on their gun size and over match capability. That would be really helpful

I enjoyed this series, it's fun to watch you play the lower tier ships, and I'm sorry to hear that it wasn't as popular as your regular posts. I think the Colorado is my least favorite of the American BBs, largely I think because both the glacial speed of the ship and the fact it takes forever for it's guns to cycle. Granted once they do it's generally worth the wait, but if you spawn in an unfortunate position then by the time you get to where the guns can shoot there is nothing to shoot at. I think part of the problem is that this series is mostly for newer players, I've already run the US BB line so mostly I'm watching it to see you run lower tier ships. Unfortunately that also means that you are going up against inexperienced, or lesser experienced players, and to a certain extent that isn't fair to your team mates . Not that they probably complain about the win, but they don't get to do as much.

Cunningham has overall shell grouping, while Iachino has ship specific shell grouping...which one is better? and is John Fisher + Cunningham/Iachino a good combo? i hate playing from T6 onwards...the expenses jump so much that unless i m a sweat i m losing silver...96k taxes in pvp and 76k in pve is no joke...

If CVs get ap bombs and ap rockets or HE Rockets i think they will be for Germany and Japan, Germany gets the AP bombs and AP Rockets while Japan gets HE Rockets all CVs will get either ap or he bombs or Rockets USA May get ap bombs im not sure

The day they add rocket planes or ap bombs will be the day I stop playing. They already have all they need. The bombs hit hard when they’re aimed properly, and start fires, and the torps have the same effectiveness as ap shells on a battleship. They are tolerable right now as bad a game mechanic as a ship that can deal damage without taking it is. On the sole fact that they are 99% of the time the last ship to get sunk on the losing team if at all is enough for them to be weaker than any other ship class. Staying in the game is key and they can stay in the entire game every time unless they’re captained horribly.

You should not be able to dish out damage, with there being absolutely no possibility of getting damage dealt back. And we’re not even talking about a small amount of damage they have to trade, they trade absolutely no hit points to deal damage. If you want to play that way because it is cheesy, you should not be the biggest threat on the team. You should be the smallest and your role should primarily be supporting the team with spotting, as it is right now.

Wargaming is so scummy, when the game first launched on PC there were not hundreds of premiums to choose from so what wargaming did to try and squeeze money out of the player base is they would deliberately make a specific tech tree ship in each line for both the USN and IJN so horrible that you would spend real world money to free xp past it. Colorado was that ship for the USN battleship line. It was a MASSIVE step down from the New Mexico's and you would be facing Tier 8 and 9's. For the Japanese it was the T9 Izumo. Wargaming is the most predatory developers in the world. Stay away from their trash.
