Hell, I've called out racism in the gaming community online before, but that's because I'm very passionate about video games and creativity in video games. The same can't be said for this game dev here.

Now this could just be me, but ever since the law forced Valve and other companies to make it clear that you don't own the games you pay for on their services -just the licences to have them in your library that they can take away at any time- It's made me not want to pay for any game I play unless I think the devs truly deserve the monetary support. If buying isn't owning, then pirating isn't stealing. I certainly won't be paying a lifetime rental license for a game from devs who treat me like gutter trash. They'll be lucky if I even want to try out their game.
