Am soo proud of those..Nurses they took their courage n raise their voice..A nurse who take care of ill people are itself in a danger of getting diseases..They need to be saved first then only the ill patients will get treated..Dr. treats the patient but behind that treatment its because of a successful healthy nurse. At least their principal support them ..but here in RIMS college of nursing if we went and oppose ,our own teachers will scold us and starts asking thousands of questions as if we were doing something wrong... Aur condition is pathetic too ....i have never seen this much of snakes in my entire 20 yrs of life like I saw it in this hostel ...at the beginning when we came here we were full of spirit and energy but they tamed us to the extent that we are not even able to speak for ourselves in front of them... Despite being centrally authorised govt college the fee is very high. We came here through entrance, we don't deserve to be paying this much..even after knowing all of these, we can't do anything...it's an information to my fellow juniors to not come in RIMS for bsc nursing..

A plea to the state government instead of focusing on other development works please fulfill the need of renovation of many deemed institutions in the State. It would be good if the authorities take early necessary actions regarding the various renovation works in the institutes, the education systems in the state will function upto to a wide extend . Sad to see the present condition of the Nurses.

No need to write letters anymore to whatever authority, go to the District Magistrate or Collector up front. Don't come back unless or until your demands are full filled. FYI: Arunachal gets extra funds from the central govt. as it is one of the 9 special category state. May be Arunachal state govt. don't know how to handle it or adminstration is very much corrupt.
