What does “open” mean?

Open means no front or rear raised platform . This boat has a front platform but a traditional stern . That makes it a hybrid not an open .

These modern center console boats are such a ripoff. Way overpriced for what they are. There is nothing to them. Good for cutting through chop and fishing and that's it. Super uncomfortable to drive sitting down because you can't lean back and reach the wheel too. No thanks

the whole boat is crap because of the seat distance lol? if it was any closer you wouldn't be able to stand in front of it either. Autopilot solves that issue too. short distances you're mostly standing anyway.

@@Fj4LiFe23 Yes. If you're not comfortable driving the thing in any position that the whole boat is trash. Mark my words, my telescoping wheel design will come out next in those boats. I already invented the telescoping sun shade for those.
