This video would be far my useful if you did a side by side comparison with the older GM screen and talked about what sections were replaced in the new screen. As it stands this doesn't give me enough information to decide if I should get it. ☹️

What do people think? Im about to buy a GM screen for Pathfinder. Should I get this one or the normal one?

Between this screen and the older one, which one do you think would be better for starting as a DM new to the system?

I would recommend starting with the original screen if you are a new GM. The Advanced Screen is just that, advanced and offers more tools for Improvisation which beginners may not yet be comfortable with. It also references the Gamemastery Guide quite a bit which new GM's may not have. That said once you get comfortable with running 2E an upgrade to the Advanced Screen is recommended.

Will you get your hands on a portrait version of this screen? Would like to see the art. I much preffer the art on the original GM Screen, this is old school Pathfinder style of art and I don't really like it xD But I think this one sheds useless information to gain the monster and hazards numbers tables, and that's a win. I'll probably buy this one, and use it inside the original! :P
