Sir doubt when finding tangential acceleration why is dT tension ignored? ? Isn't tension for a small element an external force in tangential direction??

Sir can we do the same question by centre of mass concept and ignore the integration for calculaton of acceleration of rope .......

I think that will give force direction tangential to CM but here we found net force along the direction of the string.

While integrating sir u have completely ignored the direction of the force , the force is always tangential to the particular element u are taking but when I integrate about the curve the direction of the force matters

I haven't integrated the equation obtained in the last. For acceleration I integrated along the length of the string that is the tangential direction. And in this case tensions will cancel as I showed this using the pulley block system example

@@PhysicswithAkashGoyal sir but I don't understand when u say tangential acceleration of the rope what do I mean there are lots of tangents to the rope the obtained expression for tangential acceleration u integrated it along the rope but the direction of the tangent continuously changes I didn't Account for it kindly explain it to me sir

@@MrBenten867 you draw FBD of small small lengths showing forces tension at the two ends and gravity. Divide rope in at least 4-5 such elements. Write NLM for all the parts. Add all equations .You should get you doubt cleared
