The greatest Thing about this game is the Weapon feeling. Weapons feel great and powerful compared to other shooters. They need to put in Mods from the Community in the official game to make kf2 better. KF2 have so much potential.

Personally my biggest issues are 1. I honestly tried putting number 2 as number 1 but this just irritates me BEYOND BELIEF, Why the hell does it cost $10 for ONE weapon, that's absolute insanity I would much rather buy remastered map packs personally but right now it just doesn't feel worth it and honestly I hope they actually start releasing stuff worth buying I mean for fucks sake i could buy a entire indie game for that much like what the actual fuck. 2. Amount of content should definitely be improved and they should add a new mode or 2 (tower defense mode would be pretty interesting where you set up traps around the map like barricades and turrets for a set amount of rounds). 3. New kinds of maps that just go far beyond and are unique, take nightmare for example which is probably one of my favorite maps because its just balls to the wall crazy and so varied in it's environments with the only thing I would personally change about it is maybe add event themed creatures into certain sections (clowns in the circus nightmare) and another area maybe inspired by the bottom of the ocean would be really cool as well, or the newest map sanitorium was amazing, I just want more crazy maps because honestly I think their some of the best and most unique, maybe a kaiju map so we can have Godzilla sized monsters duking it out in the background and used as traps.

That tower defense seems too complex, but the idea is cool. Weapons are at that price because they don't have money apparently to produce "top of the line content" And I kind of like krampus lair, my favorite map to play, it's progression instead of that teleport style. A map like that with unique stuff in each room.

KF2 wishlist to TI: I think the Dosh Vault in KF2 is really underused. If it was a money that you can spend to buy cosmetics, or even new weapons (like the DLCs ones), it will be better. Plus, when you play a lvl 25 perk, you don't gain XP, so it may be nice to have a Dosh vault bonus or something. The game is 3 or even 4 years old, so it's a good idea to make cosmetics easier to purchase for free (plus, you need to buy the game first anyway). If you improve the farming system to make it more rewarding, it will help players to buy stuff to help the team. If you try to steal money from each mechanic of the game, people will slowly but surely leave it because it's too slow and frustrating. Also, that's a little thing, but if you can improve the sound setting so we can tweak the characters voices and the trader's one separately, that may be super good. It's really difficult to launch games with custom maps, I don't know why but if something can be done about this I will be grateful. That's an important part about the replayability of this game. Adding more content is good, but optimizing the game to make it launch faster and stuff like this would be appreciated too. And I'm done with my wishlist! I love KF2 and I think this game has still unused potential, that's a shame!

Well, I think there could be more enemies that offer different difficulties/challenges to the player. For example, trappers are a very interesting concept because they do no damage (or only a small amount) but they hold you and your fellas and that can be even worse in some situations. The lack of diversity means that most of the maps are easy because you just do the same shit again and free win. Different enemies that pop out in my mind right now: 1 - A REAL poison zed (that decreases the amount of heal you receive in a period of time). 2 - A "suicide" zed (that explodes when comes close, no more "just parry and get out") 3 - A "freezing" zed (instead of holding you to the ground, they only slow you, but the effect may be longer) 4 - A "push" zed, (acts like a very tank raged FP but with less damage, no more "just hold a corner and GG") 5 - A "shaman" type of zed (dont do damage, only ressurrects dead zeds, only that if the zed is killed by a freeze weapon, they shatter and cannot be brought to life again, so freeze weapons are effective now). Also, other ideas: I think the current amount of perks is enough, if you add different play styles for them. I think KF revolves too much in only deal damage, thats why the game gets boring so fast, because there's no challenge in shooting something you already know the patterns (while in PvP FPS you always deal with different fighting styles, builds, etc). So the zeds I mentioned would increase the difficulty in other aspects. To balance this, Tripwire should add a 3rd skill for every perk. For example, there's no reason to play with a perk like swat just because they are tankier, if a commando do their work without getting damaged, plus extending the zed time. THERE SHOULD BE A REASON TO TANK. that's it

The games so fun and at its core all you do is shoot stuff, like technically it’s extremely repetitive but the gunplay and switching classes makes it so much fun, I have 220 hours on the game and I think it’s great to come back to every so often to just chill. Imagine if they actually bothered with the game or made a new one, what stuff they could do, maybe a single player campaign, maybe different game modes with special zeds made just for them, maybe a gun game like mode where each wave or every few kills you get a new weapon, there’s so much they can do but just don’t seem to care 😥

Imo, this game lacks standard content. Content what keeps people grinding, have something to play for. I played kf2 on Ps4 when it was free for a while. I enjoyed it, but I found out that I allmost got all achievements already. That easy, while im not even a hardcore achievement hunter. The reason why people keep playing games like Cod, Battlefield, or borderlands 3 like im doing atm. Is because those games have content what makes people grind, grind for achievements, cosmetics, ranks guns etc, while still playing the same repetitive gameplay. But because the gameplay is somewhat enjoyable, they keep doing it. For instance, my brother is playing Cod modern warfare, gameplay of cod hasn't changed at all in all these years. But he keeps playing because hes grinding for golden camouflage on guns. KF2 has enjoyable gameplay, but lacks the grinding content what keeps people busy. They tried fixing that with weeklies and the dosh vault the prestige system. But it failed and now they are rushing bad updates in order to keep the small community happy that is still playing this game.

So what exactly are you looking for from Tripwire? Cause a map and 4-5 guns every like 3-4 months seems pretty solid to me granted the price of the DLC guns is pretty steep, but those new guns and map are usually enough to keep me entertained for a good month or so with the game before I wait for the next update. Are you more interested in them trying to fix the meta of the game and like buff/nerf weapons and perks to make them more or less viable or is it more of a distaste for the fact that they are reskinning and using community maps that you are upset with these updates like you would be more happy if tripwire made their own content more often? I have around 950 hours in the game and I still play it almost daily and have good fun with it so I'm just trying to see what the disconnect is as to why I don't share your disappointment with Tripwire's updates to the game. Maybe i just need to play more?

I talked about that in other videos, but basically... at least improve the current stuff... objective mode, dosh vault, weekly outbreaks, upgrade system, survivalist rework. That would be a good start at least. Not to mention the seasonal events can improve, challenges... There is a lot, trust me.

Pathfinder I don't know the numbers, but I doubt the dlcs sold a lot. Everyone and their mum thinks that they're way too expensive, and I think TW expected the backlash. To me it seems like a very last ditch attempt at postponing the game's death.

I'd be playing killing floor daily if the gore wasnt bugged. If you put the NVIDIA FLEX on, then the head chunks from a headshot arent there like they were in the early versions of the game. But since the version of unreal engine that the game uses is outdated, NVIDIA chose to leave it be and not deal with it. The gore and animations in the game are the only things I enjoy about KF2 ngl.

I don't recommend nvidia flex, it's really bad for the game performance, no matter what PC. The only thing KF2 currently has going for it is the weapon feel.

@@PathfinderBoi you've got a point, but for me, there just isnt enough gore. The weapon feel is probably the best I've ever had in a game, but it just doesnt compensate for the lack of gore without NVIDIA FLEX. You are right about that tho.

I play KF2 on PS4, and its sad to say its pretty dead. You'll always run into the same people on the same difficulty, or you'll be placed into an empty server. It doesn't help that they have no interest to make the game cross-platform in order to save whatever is left of the player-base there. Like you said, its incredibly unfortunate. I've been playing KF since its initial release on PC, and its one of my favorite past-time games. I've had a difficult time enjoying KF2 recently and only get on when a friend I got the game for prompts me to. I hope they decide to do more with each update, such as adding more community maps per update. I wouldn't mind that at all, it will keep the players interested longer, and I don't mind that they're community made.

Would be nice if the match making would stop putting me in empty servers as I prefer to play with other people, instead of solo. Oh, it’d also be awesome if the game would stop minimizing itself in game, or crashing altogether, that’d be cool.

@@PathfinderBoi I know, I know, but the community seems to be pretty mad at them over the last couple of updates, and they're not exactly helping themselves by saying that they're just porting a community map. That only really means anything for console players, and we'll probably stop playing it soon anyway. Tripwire really seems to be shrinking its KF2 team.

@@PathfinderBoi certainly seems that way, since they've kept trucking on with the $10 weapons and the HRG reskins and kept adding only a community map each. Matriarch is the only real new content that hasn't been paid, and one could argue that since the Rhinos incorrectly use the same animations as the other revolvers and the knockoff lightsaber seems to use a lot of the katana animations, they even cheaped out on the first two paid weapons.

This game with constant updates and love, it could be very popular, to the point to be next to Doom, but no. Developers don't know how to deal with this game. Cosmetics are bad, nobody cares of the market. Too bad kf was left to rot...

Honestly, I'm a pretty simple person. I don't need a bazillion updates to keep me interested in the game from time to time. There's so much in the base game in terms of player freedom and options and a variety of maps that I'll be pretty hooked for a good while. I don't really believe that the game constantly needs updates to "stay alive". If it's a good game, people will play it. They'll come and go, but the game doesn't need to be perpetually booming with new content. Then again, this is coming from me, a guy who still plays Quake in 2019 and still thinks it's the best thing since sliced bread.

@@PathfinderBoi it probably would get more popular, but for me personally, it's popular enough as is. Like I said, I'm the sort of weirdo who plays 20+ year old games. When I open the server browser, I see 3 or 4 different servers with no more than 10 players each. Despite this, I usually am pretty happy to just pick a server and hop on in. I'm in college right now, so I don't spend a lot of time playing games, and the computer I have access to 90% of the time can't run Killing Floor 2 because it's a 2012 Thinkpad. I'm usually pretty happy with it though, because thanks to me chucking an SSD in it and installing Linux, it's more than fast enough to get my schoolwork done and be convenient to use, and it's just good enough for games that it can run Killing Floor 1, which I actually prefer in some ways due to the slow and tense gameplay (as opposed to KF2's fast and intense gameplay, which I also enjoy for different reasons). When I do sit down to play a game on it, I usually pick some indie game, some old 90's shooter, or maybe some indie game stylized like an old 90's shooter. I only play KF2 when I go back to my parents house every couple of weekends, where I can access my more powerful desktop computer that can run KF2 very well. I usually binge on this game every couple of weekends as a result.
