When Pakistan doesn’t respect Shimla agreement signed after 1971, takes up bilateral issues in international forums, continues terrorism, targeted killings, religious extremism , why is India eating time in this game of India water treaty ? Excess water flowing into Pakistan, Indus River included should be sued to green Thar, Kutch , setup new cities near border and solve other water problems.
