Dry trails means big climbs with a new group of rock crawlers -S13E22

Out for another day of rock crawling with some new faces. The weather was dry and the traction was great for the big group of 16 rigs. We even had a Jeep and the Pathmaker with us for an epic day of 4x4 fun!

Worst part…..thats the exact same tree that I broke my gopro truck selfie stick on a few years ago, you’d think id remember it was there….most expensive tree on the mountain for me.

That chute is going to be fun when its wet again. Big consequences if you go left and not a lot of room to spare. A bit of pucker factor is important!

You should do a hot/cold compression test,, could be loosing compression once warmed up and causing it not to idle properly

HERE'S MORE USELESS 411, He was a doctor specializing in nutrition, and he would advertise on his cans a Clock with 10 am and 2 pm highlighted. Because those are the two times a day people hit lows and need a caffeine boost, hence "the coffee break" but he says to drink a Dr Pepper instead it's for all ages!! LMAO GOOD TIMES!! 🍻 🤙😎

What transfer case setup do you have in the Nissan? I have a 99 Frontier with 4 to 1 gears in the stock case but I want to add a second case.

I run a tx-10 to d300 doubler from Northwest Fabworks. My d300 has a bunch of fancy upgrades but stock ratios in both the tx-10 and d300. Double Lo 2nd gear is my favorite.

@@PathmakerProductions I just talked to NWF and he said he has the parts for me. Its a thousand dollars so I am saving for it. I put the low gears in my tx10 about.20 years ago and its good. I have Dana 44's front and rear running 513"s, Detroit locker in rear, Aussie locker front. I normally run 37's or 38.5's on 15x12 wheels with 2.5" backspacing. 14" travel Bilstien 5100's, Marlin Crawler 4.5" front springs, 4" Rubicon Express rears, 4.wheel discs, 1350 CV High Angle rear .250 wall driveshaft, 14" Spline Yota style front. I want to get a d300 flip it, twin stick it, you know, normal stuff😁

Toyota fj60 rear axle. He's already tossed a new one in there. Toyota parts don't much like 40" sticky tires!
