OMG Over a year in excruciating pain and low mobility :( I'm on my own and Need both arms . Had a physiotherapist :( they gave me some exercises .. but Also told me that she doesn't ""touch"" patients :( Where can I get this done ..

I had that it was awful thank god I got cortisone shot it worked

Glad to hear. You are very lucky Donna! You may have had impingement syndrome as Adhesive Capsulitis Frozen shoulder can take 2-3 years to recover without intervention. Cortisone can reduce inflammation but cant separate scar tissue or adhesions which limit the joints mobility.

I had it on my left shoulder, it was horrible, I went to a physical therapist and almost faint with one of the treatments, it was a torture going there, I asked my friends to pray for me before each appointment, I can say it works but had to pay a very painful price, I didn’t want to go back, and I still need it cause I couldn’t finish the treatment because of the pain, unfortunately now my right shoulder is with a lot of pain and can’t do my hair or wash it😢I’m not going back to physical therapy, I would like to try acupuncture if works. 🙏🏻

How much is this please? I'm really keen to have this in the summer when I plan to go travelling with my daughter but I need to know how much to save for the procedure. I currently have one frozen right shoulder & restricted range of movement in my (dominant) left shoulder from when that one was frozen in 2016 so would ideally like to have the procedure on both within a few days of each other if possible. Is this new? Injecting cortisone is not exactly a new thing.. maybe it's new for a frozen shoulder? I know that cortisone shots are regularly used for things like arthritis and some back pain.
