Yeah... But it still seems to be nearly impossible to get Silent Assassin. I mean, if you were somewhat isolating them or using explosives to pretend accidents then maybe. BUT there are still guys with hazmat suits, and that's a bit of a mishmash. I mean, you have to undress them in contained area, then dress yourself in hazmat etc. etc. Unless you just want to kill everybody without silent assassin... Then what's the point of non-target penalty?

The highest infected count I've got so far is 106, it is amazing when you look over the map and just see red targets everywhere EDit: I did it again to ensure everyone got infected, took 5 hours (with breaks) and 138 infected + both targets... if you choose to bin the heart you get one kill penalty

One of the pieces of intel states that the virus dies off rapidly if the host body is killed, that's why you can't get infected from a dead body. Also, the mission itself is fairly easy once you know where the infection starts to spread from. Start the mission, ignore the guards on the helipad and run all the way down the path toward the big snow machine (watch out for the doctors, they'll go inside shortly). There will be the two patrolling guards and a Body Guard standing outside the glass door that leads to the medical wing, just before you get to the snow machine. Wait for the two guards to leave, throw a coin at the glass door and knock out the body guard when he investigates. Drag him inside (the door will unlock when his body is near). Drag him to the bottom of the stairs and position him so he can't be seen from over the railing above. Go back halfway up the stairs, ground level, and watch the upper level. A doctor on the top floor will get infected and start walking down the stairs. Kill her quickly, drag her down the stairs next to the other body, out of sight from the railing. Grab the Body Guard uniform and entire the quarantined area up top. Get a Hazmat suit ASAP. There is one doctor with the sick old man, and two more in the room next door. Those two will leave at some point. When the do, lure the doctor with the old man into the room that those other two came from. Knock him out, stash him in the locker, then kill the old man and stash him in the locker. Virus is contained, nobody else will get infected. Now you can go into the control room at the operating theater, lure the guy away from that big red button and knock him out. Hide his body around the corner. The other target will eventually enter the room next to you, when he does, open the door and lure him into the room you're in, and grab him from behind cover, snap his neck. Hide the body and leave.
