Don’t use them, I am a disabled veteran and after they fully finished work they are still coming after me for pay!!! They don’t complete jobs till they are fully paid. Can send pictures of horrible job. Just ask

Before you consider doing business with this Company consider the following:Contract signed on 5/9/23. Work is still not completed. For months when I have contacted their office via email (they don't respond to voicemails) I have been told "Our records show the work has been completed". On 9/12/23 I emailed to inform them the flooring, stairs and electrical were not installed. They responded their records show the job complete and they took the final payment draw down. Flooring and stairs finally completed on 9/29/23. Electrical still not completed. Specifically, no line from house to sun room, fan and light not installed. Yesterday they told me they had reached out to electrician on 9/22/23 and yesterday 10/4/2023. Sent me the electrician's contact information - so now I'm expected to manage their sub-contractors?

I am so glad you told me, because I LOVE this upstairs one. I would LOVE this, but I know what you mean. I asked this contractor to add just a little 6' X 8', a few years ago, to our bedroom, & he told me he had a bigger project going, from the beginning, but he had a very nice guy start the project, & things seemed okay. THEN, he took the glass window OUT, BEFORE anything was finished on the other side. It was just about this time of year, I think; 6 weeks later, I had not heard from him AT ALL, & it was starting to get pretty chilly, if not outright COLD. Fortunately, I used HOME Advisor to find him, so I gave them a call, when I couldn't reach him. I felt kind of bad, because I had liked him, but I was really nervous, all this time, that a RAT would manage to crawl in my bedroom, maybe in my bed while I was sleeping!! Plus, it was UGLY, & COLD!!! He gave me a call that night around 9 p.m. & said he would be there first thing, at 8 a.m. I said, "Great!", but really thought, "Yeah, right!" 😂 He actually DID show up, & Actually Did keep showing up until it was pretty much done. I even made a change to the window plans, & he was okay with it ( although he had me buy the windows I wanted). Okay, fair enough. I could go into this window placement story, but it's pretty long, so I'll just skip to the last part: months after the room was complete, I think I remembered his assistant (quite nice)telling me to be sure to tell C. about this board that he was having trouble putting into place, because of the a/c unit. I TOTALLY forgot ( for months). But you know, I feel like what you said. I was having health issues, including trouble walking( a Seriously Bad skin infection), which is partly why I felt I needed an addition with larger windows attached to the bedroom. I felt & looked awful (& I could say much more, too, but that would be like "War & Peace"). C. had come & I had forgotten to tell him. The room was COLD, but I thought it was because I had managed to buy cheap windows where the rubber encasement warped ( I think). THEN, I start HEARING all this ANIMAL NOISE in that wall!!! My electrical socket pops off, & a MOUSE is trying to crawl out!! I'm screaming at it, until it FINALLY decides to go back in the wall, & my husband comes to see what the matter is, & super glue the cover to the electrical socket in place. He goes outside, & says an animal must have torn a board off. We get someone to put that in place, but Getting Rid of the Animals cost us about $2,500, TWICE!!! ( so far). Crotter Control does a good job, but they really do think our home is theirs, now. Every couple of years, it's a major expense. I hate to say the guy's name ( it was my dad's name), but basically, Never Assume Anything. Assume they'll check to see all the boards were nailed down, as they come to pick up the last check, & pick up trash? Not a chance! I liked him, though, so I called him to do the tile upstairs. He had a great guy do a great job. I asked him for the name of the guy, later, & he Bit My Head Off!!! I was supposed to hire HIM, & he would hire WHOEVER! Wow!! These people live in a different world.
