Adam Zillin Guess I am getting my Japanese movies and shows confused, in some show there was a Honda Today that looked just like that one and it always had a Motocompo in the back.

Adam Zillin you are correct it was available with the City. you can see it in another anime "you're under arrest!" where the main characters' mini-pat was a City patrol car.
