Sir, My wife has also filed a false case against me demanding and Illicit amount of 20L. She had to leave the house as I caught her cheating and there after she was there in Delhi, earlier she was asking me to proceed with divorce but when his brother called me for amicable settlement I requested some time to come to delhi as am from Mumbai. Now a CAW case is filed on first visit I have presented all the facts and evidence I have, they suggested mutual but ai dis not agree on amount payable but ready to return what ever is there with me that belongs to her, written in letter rest marriage expenses that was agreed to be borne by her family was a mutual agreement between her and my family. Mentioned that as well. Now the CAW officer is asking ro pay the amount or She shall proceed with FIR and repeatedly calling me in Delhi which is not possible every time in short gaps. I requested for online consultation and requested them but that request is being declined. Since I did not take necessary action when I caught her and let her leave peacefully where she agreed on a email and confirmed that she was caught also all evidence chat etc I have. What can I do, they have called again for mediation on next date for settlement of case, which My lawyer denied me. Need help sir.

Agar aisa hai to kya anticipatery bail ke liye apply kar dena chahiye, kyunki reconciliation to karna nahi hai han mutual divorce chate hai . Fir hoti hai to kya arrest hoga? Agar cwa me mutual divorce ki baat rakhe to? Sir, cwa me reconciliation na hone par ladki ki taraf se fir hone se pehle kya ladka FIR kar sakta hai? Pehle FIR karne wale ko kya benefit milta hai?

Today, I had a first hearing in caw cell. My wife came with the lawyer and she made all the fake allegations against me full of acting. I was waiting for my turn to register my statement. However, when I entered the room, ASI said you are late and we have sent your file in the south court. I requested them to register my statement, but they didn't listen and marked my Absent. I was waiting outside on the bench and thought they will call us one by one. But they listened to her only and marked my Absent. Any help or advise please..

Hello sir . . my wife filed complain in CAW cell and i got summon to be present in station but as my mother is going under cancer treatment i requested them along with all reports of my mother to postpond the date for three months as chemo therapy is going on and i can not come and leave my mother as i am the only person who is taking care of her during this tough time but police man said he can not give me this much time and i again got summon to atteend the meeting . Hello Atul ...you cannot be choosy in this situation....caw cell will adjust but not as per your asking....you will have to adjust cause it's a legal matter....or you can give a written application requesting more time along with all mother proof ....send it by registered post but remember they still can reject your request and move ahead....if FIR is registered then you will have to apply for Anticipatory Bail....
