Sir, if a lower court approves a false DVC case filed by wife n orders husband to pay irrational amount for maintenance. Husband starts paying but files Divorece on contest later. After filing the divorce case can he file counter against the maintenance order?? The DVC was filed in 2014 which finished in 2016.The Divorece was filed in 2017 which is still not resolved.

There is no use of doing all these because the judicial system is always Favoring women.One lady I know she has studied for six years Physiotherapy,she fails the exam so she is blaming in law's.If she was keen on studies why she married before completing the exam.The in laws supported her to appear for exam,she didn't appear exam .How in-laws will her exam.That lady wants money from sister in law who is married and settled abroad.ther in law was retired from pvt department having no pension,her claim is from him also.There are some advocates also filing falsecase against men without verifying any facts.
