Sir your videos are very informative and very useful to protect an innocent husband. Sir one question, Does gold ornaments given by husband and his mother to the wife come under Stridhan. Or stridhan is only what the wife brings from her parents side. There was one case of supreme court (Prathibha) wherein it is said that all gold ornaments which the wife receives during marriage be it from any source it comes under stridhan. Is this the correct law. In one case Husband's mother had put some gold ornaments to daughter-in-law in the wedding hall now daughter-in-law is claiming it to be her stridhan. How far is that correct? She is exploiting the husband. Your expertise and advice will be highly appreciated and will be very much valuable for the husband. Thank you sir

sir I m palwinder from punjab ,We bought a property in 2014 which had some shops the previous owner refused to sell the property so we got a decree through the court and we got a sale deed registry through the court and after that we aply execution for possession. Objections were raised against us by the third party tenants after the application. Which was dismissed from the lower court Even in the sale agreement, the first owner had not mentioned anything about the tenant, but now the tenant has again filed a new case and the possession has been stopped by the court. but by the parties together it was again filed in the district court cpc 21 rule 101 and remanded against the case and sent to the lower court for evidence. What should be the solution according to your suggestion and such a judgment of the Supreme Court which is in favor of the degree holder so that it can give advantage in lower court and high court.
