@@RavishKumar-wh6sh you may visited. But I stayed in patna for 20 days and 1 week in bhubaneswar for my business trip. I feel bhubaneswar better due to its cleanliness and better standard of living. No doubt patna is big city in basis of population and it's area and connectivity. But in some factor bhubaneswar is ahead than patna. And in some factor patna is ahead. Both city s have it's own importance. I personally feel bhubaneswar better. Even better than my hometown kolkata. Bhubaneswar is hub of education and upcoming new IT hub. There is sez, IT park in bhubaneswar where as in patna still still sez not set up by Govt.

@@RavishKumar-wh6sh pls don't take it personally. But i think there is some error in your point. Literacy rate of bhubaneswar is 91.8% and Literacy rate of patna is 83.37. I don't mean to show any city down. But it is as per Google data. Patna is old city and proud city. Patna is our history known as pataliputra. Ruled by samrat chandragupta mourya. As indian we should feel proud for Patna city. Bhubaneswar is new city and planned city and growing sharply. Due it's proper planning it looks beautiful.

BBSR is much better than Patna as it is newly built as compared to Patna and properly planned. However, the number one smart City tag is a hype. With rain the city gets choked with rain water and garbage. The real estate is also excessively overpriced as compared to cities like NOIDA, Bengaluru etc.
