I recently bought a 929 S&W and after one fun range session, sent it to TK Custom for the “Ultimate Trigger” upgrade… got it back today. Absolutely night and day difference. New trigger, hammer, rebound slide & springs, new hand, and of course, the “Hillary hole” is now gone. Beautiful cylinder chamfer, smooth fast trigger. I’ve had several custom projects with some taking YEARS to finish (from gunsmiths with long backlogs) so a 30 day wait for this was nothing. Eli is a talented gunsmith. Let me say… this work was worth every penny. You will never gain so much performance in a firearm as a good action job on an excellent quality revolver. Now I’ve got to decide if my 627 goes next or maybe send my GP-100 to be converted to shoot 38 Super. So many toys and so little time. Thanks for the excellent video.

Thanks for the great review. TK Custom is a renowned source for excellence in revolvers. (God's chosen recreational shooting system!) I've known Tom for over 25 years and own several revolvers which have been graced by his expertise. What he and Eli can't do for a revolver probably isn't worth having done! None of mine have had his full treatment; even so, they are greatly improved over factory. None of mine are 'competition, but are built for 'duty' use. (I'm unwilling to give up single action and need to be able to crush whatever primer rotates under the firing pin.) Their accoutrements are the finest. Congratulations on your fine acquisition and most enjoyable review. Pax

Gotta love some upgrades. I like swapping my trigger return springs out from stock to 12 pounders. That alone improves trigger pulls significantly without dropping hammer force at all. Runs me about six bucks and really improves any S&W stock triggers. Obviously you’ve had lots of quality professional work done and I’m not knocking that one bit. I’m just suggesting maybe swap out your return spring on your 327 just to see the difference if you haven’t tried that before. I’ll reimburse you the six bucks if you don’t like it.
