I dont remember him ever talking about that, or maybe just didn't see it, but I do remember his Philly performance for the O&A travelling virus tour. That shit was epic. He didn't try to dig himself a hole, its just the crowd was boo'ing Dom Irrera, and pretty much every other comedian that went up before him. So he just came out and insulted Philadelphia the entire time. They eventually started cheering ... it was so epic.

Tons of respect for that opening guys. Patrice is definitely one of the GOATs. He died literally right around when he really started to figure out this business. Anyone that knew him would tell you he was always the funniest guy in the room. He was amazing on the Opie and Anthony show just talking shit but he was finally starting to put that into his act. He also was a pioneer of the podcast game. He died way before podcasting blew up like it is today. I think about how things could have gone for him had he not passed away so soon. Especially now in this PC World we're living in. We need a voice like Patrice more than ever. It's a damn shame... RIP to one of the GOATs.

They would hold court over sets, like one would accuse one of their jokes being a hack joke and debate it. There's a lot of funny stories. Patrice was a killer there. I think he's funnier off-stage than on-stage to be honest.

You guys are great and yes Patriece is on the mount Rushmore and he would of been the best but as most comedians he wouldn't conform to Hollywood as I understand the story.
