Knew her since we were teenagers and while we didn't meet each other often anymore, we were always connected on an emotional level. The bond is the kind you'll experience once or maybe twice in a lifetime. Patricia was the kind of person who had the gift of connecting with someone on a level you didn't even know was possible. Can't listen to her songs anymore without crying. Not just tearing up, tears streaming down. It physically hurts to see or hear her again. The world has lost a unique and one the most talented singers ever. Those who knew her personally, have lost a unique person. Beautiful, both inside and out. I do not like Opera. Never did. Yet some years ago I heard this girl sing. You should also. Start with the first videos of her childhood. She hits notes without screaming. She was simply amazing. Listen to her. Watch her at the endings. Most she blinks like she was in a trance. She see her music in her head as she sings, is my only thought. As long as her music is on the net, I will pause and watch and listen. I hope you will also. Then you will hear her greatness. I saw it a long time ago. I hope she, her parents, and friends know it also. Such a loss to the music world, but we must always remember her.

I was not familiar with this opera singer having never heard her sing before. Wow, what a powerful voice. I was impressed and it takes a lot to impress me. Then I read the other comments and I was shocked to learn that this seemingly young woman was dead. I was truly sad that a woman I had never heard of before today, had died. I think Ms Janeckova could have become one of the greats. RIP.

patricia always had a unique, original voice! with her, there was no screeching or bellowing, something to do with the fact she was such a talented opera singer for one so young!! at least her voice will always sound fresh & will never deteriorate with age! it sometimes seems unbelievable that she is dead & will never go on to conquer the world with her extraordinary voice but hopefully, there are moves to promote her talent by having a biography written about her, a documentary, musical & a film made about her life story - along with the promotion of her via dvd & cd! Patricia's angelic voice has certainly touched many who have heard her at such an early age up to her recent passing. It's difficult to understand by the "good die so young". Us mortals will never comprehend why the ALMIGHTLY works in such mysterious ways. I believe Patricia was called by GOD early in her life because the CHOIR OF ANGELS needed her beautifuil voice.
