Yes I 100% agree! I LOVE Patty’s video skills, and her makeup skills too, of course lol! I don’t know how many times I’ve watched eyeshadow tutorials on KZbin and I’ve had to politely ask if the person could zoom in a little closer. How the heck are we supposed to see what they’re doing when they record an eyeshadow tutorial 6 feet away from the camera? 😆 These close-up shots are great! 🙏🏼

I totally understand why you like look #5 all-cool-tone better, and initially I also vibed with it more than the #5-2, but looking at them side by side, I honestly think #5-2 is even better. there’s something very attractive in this slight tone mismatch (which you cannot even detect in the finished look until closer inspection). to my own surprise that’s my favourite!

I agree with you as well. I think the warmer colour brought your focus back to her eyes. The cooler tones just kept the focus on her eyeshadow. Perhaps it was the contrast but it might have been that it was the effect of a darker yet warm shade that pulled the focus back to the eyes. I’m still trying to figure out why I loved that look so much 🩷

I would love to see you duplicate one of ND's looks using her macrotech pencils (brown/black) and then using silhouette to blend the pencil like she does. My favorite look is 5 with the shade wit. I’ve been doing halo eye with this palette too, I use wit and vague in crease, then silhouette to darken inner and outer. And I use Ella in center and dab tiny bit of muse in center but barely. Ella is my favorite shade in palette! Filigree is my 2nd favorite shade. And I love whisper as an inner corner highlight.

Bonjour Patty et merci pour cette superbe vidéo que j’espérais vraiment afin que tu la sublimes comme tu sais si bien le faire 🥰 J’ai adoré tous les looks et je suis étonnée car tu m’as sorti de ma zone de confort, puisque j’ai plutôt tendance à aller vers les tons sombres et ombres marquées en étant brune aux yeux foncés. Je suis interpellée car je suis certaine que les looks naturels pourraient me convenir sans avoir l’impression d’être fade ☺️ Pour cela, je vais choisir 2 looks diamétralement opposés avec le numéro 2 et le numéro 5.
