She wasn't biologically related to any of them. Filomena met Anna and Robert when they were in an accident in Italy. She became extremely close to Anna and helped her raise Robin. Filomena died trying to stop Robin from being kidnapped in 1988

@@krisstinawilson4461 , it's nice the Robin remembers her grandmother. It seems the show only allows her to remember Stone, but Robin had other love ones who died, not just Stone.
