I love that he understands this. Also very wise Pac to not share your level of consciousness and or compare with others.
@JahBreh Жыл бұрын
Right? I respect that he understands the level (score) is not important, because people immediately get competitive and judgmental about it, when ultimately there’s nothing wrong about being at any level.

I feel like the emotion of affirmations and the trick of chanting them is a play from force to power. This is nice to have found rn in my life.

@@leonardoschickentanz6825letting go basically refers to allowing yourself to feel what you’ve been resisting. The trick is to not define it, and to ignore the thoughts that come along with it. Emotion is energy and it will burn itself out if you allow yourself to feel it.

Same here. Read it about 2 years ago, it changed my life in a major way.

I tried that excercise after burning my finger and it worked something that would normally hurt for hours finished quickly. The placebo and mindfulness is so powerful. There are studies on meditation and pain relief that prove this as wel.

Not even surprised when I find out randomly out the blue who reads Hawkins stuff. For some context for w.e reason the punlblishers of his books take down all videos from YouYube similarly to how they take all of Jimi Hendrix's music down. Its powerful stuff though. Highly recommend Power vs Force and Letting Go: The Pathway of Surrender

Great video & summary. The work of DRH is important, but not known enough.

I guess you have to read the book to get an accurate level I think all of us really know where we are on this spectrum The question is do you have the courage to neutral enough to willfully accept this outcome, and grow from there
