His previous mentors from WFG like Ed Mylett are awesome but Eds orientation of his message is all about winning without compassion for losing which is part of the formula for winning. He said something about eattable scraps. It is a heirarchal view of us vs them mentality when it comes to wealth. Thank you to this gifted guest for an education to younger people who did not live through the era of the development of modern Iran and its ultimate demise. He succinctly recalled the support of the U.S. in order to control the global oil industry. At 73 I recall these events and lived through remembering how Iranians speaking French out in public instead of Farsi. This was before Glendale and Hollywood were popular among manny middle eastern migrants. At the time there was a lot of social discrimination out in public. Most locals in L.A., Beverly Hills and Santa Monica noticed the European style clothing and French speakers so the necessary ruse was generally very successful. My Lebanese American cousins loved to compliment the Sunday afternoon prominading dandies in French, albeit accented a bit differently. I leased AIG their first Wilshire Boulevard office. Bravo to him for sharpening his entrepreneural edge by recruiting women. Thank you both for being the best of you.

Vlad, real estate is not a scam. You were just doing it wrong. I’m 42 lived in 3 houses I owned & doubled my money on every one though I used urban renewal to accomplish that. I suppose if I was wealthy I’d have never bought my houses in those areas but this current one is going to make at least $400k. I bought my first house for 40k, a sh*thole, sold it for 160 & bought the second for 140 cash & sold it for 300k. I’ve made more passive income off of real estate than I have off my freaking 9 to 5. The safer real estate $ is not from thinking big. At least not at first. Edit: one of the Colts’ WRs has been buying ghetto real estate & making a killing off of it. Marvin Harrison has been doing the same in the Philly ghettos.
