It’s always so good to get inside the mind of a top tour player. Even better when they are talking to serious golfers too like top amateur golfers.

I worked with Jamie @ Coyote Hills, he’s a great guy and I am so happy to watch him show his respect and love for the game. Having fun is crucial!

Great video. It's so cool listening to how these guys think their way through their craft. LPGA players also.

Great watch guys! Have always been interested in Patrick’s mental approach, especially his balanced mental discipline. This is a great insight. Thanks from Ireland 🇮🇪

Cool demo of the grip pressure, heard the hogan example before but seeing the pulling out of the hands is new.

It took me longer than I’d like to admit to realize that the globe light wasn’t the moon. 😂

Excellent- need more pros going back to juniors and being transparent about how the road ahead can look for aspiring pros . Good work 👍😊🏌🏿♂️

Did you see that father look over to his kid when Patrick said "no phones, no distractions..." when talking about focused practice? Not that everyone does this but a new iPhone weighs around half a pound. Add the case and it gets close to an additional pound in your pocket. Does anyone have pressure plate data with and without a phone in your pocket? Be curious to see.

I hope somebody mentioned the importance of pace of play and not holding up the entire tournament because you’re completely indecisive and terminally slow.

should tell them about all the drugs the pros have to take to allow them to train at the gym like monsters every morning and still be able to play golf in the afternoon.

What drugs are those? I never heard about this in the pro golf world.
